She explains how everyone is talking a different language and how nobody is understanding one another due to language and culture being set by a Eurocentric standard. She delivers a message of getting to know someone's culture before canceling them out due to lack of understanding. She encourages learning about other's backgrounds and to read Trevor Noah's book "Born a Crime".
